Hi my name is Tim I am a highly experienced and detailing oriented carpenter I am looking for a home single level with a backyard fenced in to fix up in exchange for rent so this ad is for someone that may have a rental property that doesn't have a lot of money to fix it up or maybe you got a house passed down to you from a family member and don't have the money to fix it up I am looking to stay around Jacksonville but not necessarily in Jacksonville if you have a place that needs work done but it's still livable meaning it has heat water electricity and septic still works and just needs cosmetic work done we can come up with a deal to work on your place for like 6 months in exchange for rent and then pay rent after that I will be getting a job in the area and need a place to stay until the money starts coming in please contact me if you have a place like this looking for minimum of two bedrooms like I said with the backyard and a place big enough to park a semi truck on the property as I will be doing truck driving 3 weeks of the month and working on your place the 4th week of the month needs to be pet friendly as I do have a dog he is trained and well-behaved please contact me if you are interested My number is show contact info
