$175 Mary- 2 year old Nubian doe (born 4/3/23). Grade, not registered. Possibly bred on 12/10/25 to a LaMancha dairy goat Buck from a line of 12 generation milk star recipients or a registered Oberhasli dairy goat Buck with a national winning ADGA family pedigree.
-Kidded twins on 5/18/24 and 6/22/25. Has never had difficulty with pregnancies or needed assistance with kidding. Very friendly (was bottle fed as a kid).
-Mary had mastitis after first kidding, so one udder has scar tissue and poor udder attachment. Both udders produce milk and Mary raised one kid (one was a boy and we pulled him off at kidding to bottle feed and sell him).
$225 Mammie - 6 y/o Nubian meat cross doe goat. Her sire was Nubian and her dam was “a mixed breed, bred for meat,” according to her breeder. She was our herd starter in 2022. She kidded a single boy in 2022, and twin girls in 2023 and 2024, then twin boy/girl 2025 all without assistance.
- She was in heat and bred to a LaMancha buck on 10/31 (this Buck’s Sire is registered and comes from a line of 12 generation milk star recipients). If she didn’t get bred on that date, she may be bred to that LaMancha or a registered Oberhasli Buck with a national winning ADGA family pedigree. She’s been exposed to both since 12/1/25.
- She is very well trained to the milking stand. Has been hand milked since 2022. She raised her first kid, but we have bottle fed her kids since then. I included a pic of her udder that is NOT current, but is from when she was one month fresh.
- Can be difficult to catch in the pasture, but is easily caught at meal time; runs into the stall and onto the stand when I open the stall door. She is an easy keeper and has only needed deworming a couple of times in 4 years. Never had any medical issues or concerns. I’m only selling her because I need to decrease my herd size. I won’t be upset if she doesn’t sell and will probably keep a kid from her recent breeding.
