A small handful of folks have asked me about offering a workshop on butchering your own hog for home use. I am just testing the waters to see if there is enough interest. Email me if you are interested, and let me know when would be the best month, day of the week, what a fair price might be (assuming you purchased a live hog), etc. I can't know if this is worth doing unless I hear from more people. If we can't pull it off this year we might try for next year. Are you interested?
