This will take place on November 8, 2008 8am-5pm. It will be held at the Milan City Park’s Main Pavilion. This is how it will work:

*There will be an admission fee of $4 per donator and you may attend all day.
*There will be an admission fee of $8 per non-donator and you may attend from 1-5pm only, and items will cost $.50 each.
*All items must be brought to my house on or before November 1, 2008. Call me, I can give you directions or arrange to meet you to pick the items up.
*Each item must be reusable, in good condition, and freshly laundered. Most items will be folded, unless they require a hanger (dresses, suits, etc).
*For each item you donate to the swap, you will receive a credit to obtain an item when you arrive at the swap. (Ex. 20 donated items, you receive 20 credits to take 20 items home from the swap)
*There is a minimum of 5 items per person that must be donated to attend the swap as a donator.
*We will accept all sizes (children, men, women) of clothing, shoes, & accessories (belts, jewelry, purses, totes, etc) and ALL seasons, since this is an annual event.

You will be able to pick up your credit tickets when you arrive at the swap. We will have a table set up for you to sign in and begin shopping. You will only be able to take away from the swap the amount of items you brought to me before the swap.

***Remember, don’t bring anything that you may want returned to you. There will be NO returns, everything will be donated to a charity after the swap.

Please participate, we need more events like this in our community and YOU make it happen!

Also, if you have any grocery bags that you can donate, please bring them the day of the swap. Thanks! Hope to see you then!
